Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Rica Tours provides tour referral and booking services only.

All activities involve some risk. By participating in any activities booked or otherwise arranged by or through Rica Tours or its affiliates, you agreed to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rica Tours, its shareholders and employees from any liability whatsoever arising therefrom.

A non- refundable deposit of 10% is due at the moment of booking. We will make every effort to advise of the terms of your tour reservation before you provide a deposit.

Booking is confirmed with 10% deposit at the moment of booking.Remaining 90% balance needs to be canceled 3 days before the day of the tour.Tours booked less than 3 days need to be accompanied full payment.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

Book with peace of mind: full refund when cancelling 3 days prior most. This policy may vary depending on the season. Reach our tour consultant for more information.

No refunds are available for reservations canceled within 24 hours of departure.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by email by Rica Tours before they are effective.
